How to Request a Tailored Quote
Special-case cover is not available for instant online purchase. To receive an accurate quotation, you must submit a fully completed and signed application form.
Important: incomplete applications cannot be quoted.
For business travel, failure to provide mandatory information — including travel patterns, activity details, and the employee list in Excel — will result in no quotation being provided. For leisure travel, all declaration and medical sections must be completed in full.

Leisure & special personal travel
For holidays and personal trips that need manual underwriting — non-standard destinations, hazardous activities, manual work abroad, or complex medical history.
- Trip dates and policy type (single trip, annual, or long stay)
- Destinations and cover level (Essential, Value, Silver, or Gold)
- Hazardous activities and any manual work disclosed in full
- All declaration questions answered and medical section completed honestly
- Signed and dated by the proposer
Business & organizational travel
For companies, NGOs, project teams, and operational travel. Optional leisure cover for employees’ spouses and children can be included.
- Company details and 12-month cover period completed
- Travel pattern table and high-risk or remote destinations described
- Business activities abroad described in full
- Employee list supplied in Excel (name, date of birth, country of residence)
- Claims history, existing insurer, and leisure extension details if required
- Signed by an authorized officer of the company
